Using the technology of amino acids and charcoal extracts, the Charcoal Relaxing Treatment smooths the hair without damaging or changing its texture. This treatment restores hair resiliency; humidity, rain or sweat will no longer affect your hairstyle. No more frizzy hair! The smoothing treatment can be used on all hair types, including chemically treated hair (coloured, permed, relaxed, highlighted and bleached). It’s excellent for getting rid of curly, frizzy, damaged, unhealthy, dull and mistreated hair.
The Charcoal Relaxing Treatment is semi-permanent, meaning the smoothing effect will fade progressively as the hair is washed. The wave or curl will gradually come back within 2 – 4 months. Hair will stay soft, shiny and healthy-looking, and more importantly will be manageable.
Taking care of the hair after the Charcoal Relaxing Treatment is applied is effortless. The amount of time required to style hair will decrease dramatically. In some cases, it is wash and go. At other times some blow drying and minimum styling may be required.
It is recommended you colour your hair a week after to avoid fading your hair colour.

This 30min consultation with our expert extension specialists will answer all questions and concerns you may have about hair extensions.
Quoting for any hair extension services can only be done in the salon and not over the phone so we can customise the quote to suit your hair needs. You will be able to make an online booking for a hair extensions consult.
Ordering of hair extensions can vary, we may have your desired colour in stock. If we need to order the waiting process can take up to 2 weeks.
A 50% deposit will need to be made prior to installation of the hair extensions.
