CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Your time at the salon is important to us, and we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. We do understand that situations out of our control can arise, and illness happens. If you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, so we can fill this appointment.

Please note that all deposits made for salon bookings, whether in person or online, are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to have your deposit transferred to your next booking. However, in the case of a Late Cancellation or No Show, a fee will be charged of 50% of the service booked.

Who has my details?

We use the booking software Timely. Payment data is encrypted, and no credit card data is stored in Timely; they follow strict Payment Card Industry guidelines to keep your card information safe and secure.
